Any prepaid discount or promotional benefit is subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase and may be changed or discontinued for future orders.

Once a prepaid order has been successfully paid, no product payment will normally be due at delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

Customers selecting COD pay the applicable order amount at the time of delivery according to the payment options supported by the courier or fulfillment provider.

A ₹98 COD/shipping charge currently applies to COD orders and is displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

COD charges, availability, and eligibility may change from time to time. The applicable amount displayed at checkout when the order is placed will apply to that order.

Customers should place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to accept and pay for the shipment.

8. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

We do not guarantee an exact delivery date unless expressly stated.

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery should ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the shipment.

If a COD order is dispatched and the customer refuses delivery without a valid product-related reason, or repeatedly places COD orders that result in failed or refused deliveries, we may restrict COD availability for future orders where appropriate and permitted by applicable law.

Additional re-shipping or handling charges may apply if a returned order is requested to be shipped again.

If there is a genuine issue with an order, customers should contact Apna Stuff Store as soon as possible.
